Set up your Application

You set up your OpenID Connect application inside the Okta Admin Console:

  1. Select Applications and then Applications from the side navigation.
  2. On the Applications page, choose Add Application.
  3. On the Create New Application page, select Native.
  4. Fill in the Application Settings, making sure to select Resource Owner Password as one of the allowed grant types, and then click Done.
  5. On the next page, in the Client Credentials section, click Edit.
  6. Select Use Client Authentication, and then click Save.
